Lamp-Lite Theatre is an IRS-approved 501(c)3 nonprofit organization governed by a volunteer board of directors.

In accordance with Article IV, Section 1, paragraph C of the By-Laws for the Lamp-Lite Players, Inc., there are two categories of members who are entitled to be voting members. 

• The first category consists of adults who have purchased a current season ticket.
• The second category consists of Honorary Members, who are approved by the Board by a minimum two-thirds vote of the Board of Directors, and serve for the current season. Honorary members must be approved annually by the Board of Directors.
