2025-26 Season

You Can't Take it With You

Opening Night is Friday, November 7, 2025

You Can't Take It With You by Moss Hart and George F. Kaufman is presented by special arrangement with Broadway Licensing, LLC, servicing the Dramatists Play Service collection.

When Alice falls for her boss, Tony, a handsome scion of Wall Street, she fears that their two families—so unlike in manner, politics, and finances—will never come together. Upon their engagement, plans are made to carefully introduce the two families.

But when her fiancé and his parents accidentally show up a day early, the collision between the quirky Sycamores and the stolid Kirbys sets off a whirlwind of hilarious absurdities and improbabilities.

Heading up the cast are Missy DeVine as Penelope Sycamore, and Bill Small as Grandpa Vanderhof, with Trae Norman (as Paul Sycamore), Faith Kolosci (Alice Sycamore), Tim Williams (Anthony Kirby), Roz Couch (Miriam Kirby), Austin Raymond (Tony Kirby), Riley Nichols (Boris Kolenkhov), Rick Jones (Donald), Roni Lias (Reba), Adán Morones (Ed Carmichael), Cassidy Kelly (Essie Carmichael), Cristóban Morones (Mr. DePinna), Carrie Swann (Gay Wellington), Cater Cartwright (Wilbur Henderson), and Elaine Lambright (Grand Duchess Olga Katrina).

Kevin Helmer will be directing the play, and auditions were held at Lamp-Lite Theatre on August 16 & 17.
